Avez-vous de dernières nouvelles concernant la panne? Comment expliquer que malgré une connexion de 15ms de ping, 12.63 Mbps de download et 2.49 Mbps d'upload selon speedtest.net, je ne puisse pas ouvrir un mail sur gmail.com, et que des sites tels facebook.com par exemple ne s'ouvrent pas ?

Thanks for the information. I am not sure why Emtel mentioned
Cameroon as there isn't any report of a recent cable incident near
that country affecting the Indian Ocean region.

According to NewsCentral Media, there was a SAT-3 cable cut near
Melkbosstrand and that was confirmed by an ISP in South Africa. SFR
(ile de la Reunion) is also affected by that incident.
