Thanks for the information. I am not sure why Emtel mentioned
Cameroon as there isn't any report of a recent cable incident near
that country affecting the Indian Ocean region.
According to NewsCentral Media, there was a SAT-3 cable cut near
Melkbosstrand and that was confirmed by an ISP in South Africa. SFR
(ile de la Reunion) is also affected by that incident.
