Hi Patrice,

I read the news article about "Panne sur le câble
SAFE" [1] in which it is mentioned that there was
a breakdown on the cable near Cameroon. I
searched for information about that as I usually
track internet-related issues. Was the information confirmed by Emtel?

According to the information I found, there was a
SAT-3 physical break in the cable 53 kilometers
off the coast of Cape Town on 12 July.
