Mauritius Telecom and Emtel peering at MIXP

Dear Sir,

I am doing some research about the internet in Mauritius. mixp.org
lists Mauritius Telecom and Emtel as peering members. However, I am
seeing the following:

  7 41.76.47.113 4.809 ms 4.989 ms 5.274 ms

Are Mauritius Telecom and Emtel peering with each other at the
Mauritius Internet Exchange Point?
