Dear Sir/Madam,
I got my Airbox internet connection on the 4th July 2015. Since
installation, the connection has been working fine for 4 days only and on
the 8th July 2015 I have called the hotline to make a complaint that the
internet connection is no longer working.
Technicians came at my place on the 17th July 2015 to fix the issue. They
haven't been able to fix it as apparently there was a problem on Signal
Mountain.
A new intervention was then set for the 24th July 2015, this time
technicians wanted to point the antenna towards "Plaines des papayes"
station but unfortunately there was also a problem and technicians could
not fix my internet connection.
On 4th August 2015, technicians again came at my place to fix the problem.
They finally have been able to fix it and pointed the antenna towards
"Plaines des papayes" station. The internet connection is now working fine.
Now given that I was unable to enjoy my internet connection for 1 month and
as per your advert (attached), I was supposed to get the current month of
July for free.
I would like to know if Emtel will offer me a new current month for free?
