Emtel Airbox, waiting since over a month

Hi Ish,

I read that you have been waiting since over a month to have the
Emtel Airbox installed (

). Usually, a service provider should be able to provide an
estimated date for the installation if it knows the number of
requests to fulfill and the amount of time taken to fulfill a request.

Is the delay because you are living in Providence? It would take
about an hour to drive to that location. I could to figure out why
you have to wait this long to get the Airbox installed.
