Price for residential internet access

Dear Sir/Madam,

I read a news report in which is stated that:

   (a) The ADSL 512 Kbps price will be decreased to Rs 699 as from 1 June.

   (b) The ADSL 1Mbps and 2 Mbps offers will now be ten times faster without
       any increase in price.

I would be grateful if you could confirm whether the above is correct.
