There is a message from the ICTA in which it is stated that "the
Annual Reports 12-13-14 have all been sent to the relevant
institutions as per the statutory obligations" [1]. The date limit
for the Information and Communication Technologies Authority (ICTA)
to submit its Annual Report for 2015 is April 2016. That report was
not available as at February 2017.

There isn't any published information about the internet in Mauritius
since the last five years. Are such reports of any use to the
members of the advisory council who chose some of the members of the ICT Board?
