Dear SM

Thank you for your email which allows us to provide some clarifications.

The existing legal framework allows datasets to be released as open data
supported by the appropriate license. The open data portal once set up
(the tender closed on 27 January 2017) will contain some quick win
datasets (the list may be consulted in the tender document).

As for the open data policy, we are finalising the policy and expect to
complete the process much earlier than April 2017.
