Dear Telecom,
I am currently using a MyT package of 10Mbps hoping that my Internet experience would get better with La Fibre and based on what has been advertised so far in Mauritius. Unfortunately, I find my Internet connection disappointing (see screenshot attached). It is a torture to use 80Kbps, I thought it was 'unlimited' but again, that was just the advertisement. Could you please advise on what can be done to fix the issue apart from upgrading my Internet package?
