Dear Emtel customer support,

I am writing to you as a customer of Emtel wifi plus, which is
advertised as a "illimited"

I am experiencing difficulties with voip calls due to latencies while
my packets travel your network:

279.836 ms

On average, there is an increase of 60-100ms through your network,
which affects gaming, voip, and social media chat forums.

Also, I am unable to use host a VPN solution as the IPv4 address
assigned IS A PRIVATE ADDRESS. There are around 24.6 million IPv4
addresses for the African & Indian Ocean region. Why can't I get a
public IPv4 that I can host my own services such as VPN and SSH ?

I am paying a relatively large amount of money for the 50GB package,
and I find this to be an unacceptable limitation placed upon an
"unlimited" internet package.
