Dear Ms Ghurbharrun,

Thank you for the email dated 30 March. It has been over two weeks
since the following reply:

   "we had to refer your complaint to Information, Communication Technology
    Authority. The reply is being awaited."

Did the Consumer Affairs Unit receive a reply from the Information
and Communication Technologies Authority?
