Dear Ms Ghurbharrun,

Thank you for the email dated 30 March. I am copying this message to
a member of the ICT Advisory Council so that the person is aware of
the obstacles to get advice about "unlimited" internet service.

It has been a month since I received the following reply from the
Consumer Affairs Unit:

   "we had to refer your complaint to Information, Communication Technology
    Authority. The reply is being awaited."

Did the Consumer Affairs Unit receive a reply from the Information
and Communication Technologies Authority?
