The speed of communication

Hi Yusuf,

You asked an interesting question about the internet in Mauritius; is
it essential? I don't think so. Most of my communication is through
the internet as some of the persons I interact with are in other
countries. I find it easier to use the internet for local communication.

I would not be able to read the news or search for information if I
did not have internet access. For example, it's cheaper for me to
send you this email instead of a SMS. I can access research material
without going to a library. I might access entertainment material
which is not yet be available locally.

Overall, it could be about the speed of communication.
