I appreciate your concern, but I would like to appeal that you please
refrain from apologising when the original complaint was not addressed
to you. It creates the perception of bias, specially since the complaint
was done by a member to another member.

The above reply seems disrespectful and I can feel some disagreement
targeting design related people and technical people. Let us please
avoid the clash.

I fail to understand how what I said could be considered as
disrespectful, since I only expressed what was said in a logical
perspective [1]. At no point was reference made to “design related
people and technical people” – to a certain extent I am myself a
technical person.

My aim was not to cause a clash, but rather to highlight the futility
and condescending tone of the following comment, from an impartial,
non-emotional and logical perspective:

Tejas (Nirvan) Pagooah <t_at_graphicstemple.io>, 2016-01-08 13.48:

This was done to express my discomfort when sharing my ideas in the
thread which I felt seemed less open with regards to the tone and
content of the reply received.

> We have subscribers with difference background and I believe this is
a strong element for the Mauritius Internet Users mailing list. Having a
logo that's going to make everybody happy is a real challenge. Nirvan
managed to help us by sharing some logo proposals. There has been
constructive feedback so far by some subscribers. I encourage those
interested in sharing their opinion to help Nirvan by discussing more
about it and to help him.

Indeed Nirvan is the only one to have made actual logo proposals. His
contribution deserves our recognition and thanks. At no point have I
expressed otherwise although I believe a less aggressive tone would
serve him better.

> Looking forward to read more on the MIU logo thread :)

As do I. Please accept my sincere apologies if I have sidetracked this
discussion.
