Hi Rajnish,

This is a reminder about the designation of a representative of the
Ministry of Technology, Communication and Innovation at the panel
discussion about a "start-up scene in Mauritius". I would like to
provide that information to the panel members so that everyone is
aware of whom they may be discussing with.
