Dear Ms Ghurbharrun,

Please refer to the email dated 3 December in which the Consumer
Protection Unit informed me that my email about "Internet Service
Provider advertising" has been taken into consideration and is under process.

I asked the Consumer Protection Unit about "Internet Service Provider
advertising" on 1 August [1]. Mauritius Telecom provided a response
to the Consumer Protection Unit on 29 October. The delay was because
Mauritius Telecom did not respond to an initial request from the
Consumer Protection Unit.

Is it normal for a consumer to have to wait over five months to
receive advice from the Consumer Protection Unit?
