I am writing to the Consumer Protection Unit as I 
would like to have your advice about Internet Service Provider advertising.
The word "illimite" is used at 
http://lafibre.myt.mu/  The explanation of that 
word in a French disctionary is "Qui n'est pas 
limité, qui est sans restriction ou sans terme 
fixé".  I compared the usage of the word 
"illimite" on that web page and with how it is 
used in the document at 
http://www.orange.mu/internet/pdfs/Orange-ADSL-Home-brochure.PDF 
The document uses the word "illimite" for "Acces 
Internet" whereas the web page uses it for 
"Transfert de donnees (avec FUP)".  The web page 
explains that the "FUP" as "après quoi vous aurez 
un accès illimité mais à une vitesse réduite jusqu’à la fin du mois".
Is the usage of "illimite" on the web page misleading?
Is the "FUP" applicable to the "Vitesse de 
telechargement" or the "Transferts de donnees"?
