No. I have not advised the Minister in respect to what the "ICT ministry
needs to test for".

I recently discussed Freedom of Information with Mr Rajnish Hawabhay,
the CTO of the Ministry of Technology, Communication & Innovation, in
the context of Open Data. He seemed very optimistic about it.

I also mentioned the Freedom of Information while giving my opinion on
the Open Data Readiness Assessment in an email to the ICT Advisory
Council on 3 December 2015. Council members [1] were the recipients of
the email. To have more information about the members, you may contact
the secretary Mr Soharaj Pandoo.
