Thank you for the comment.
I did not understand the part about latency of 150ms in 2007 and 650ms in 2015. It is difficult for me to discuss such technicalities with Orange.
Can you please contact Orange and explain them the problem of latency or how the latency deteriorated between 2007 and 2015? Please copy the mailing list for transparency sake.
