I would like to draw your attention to this particular situation of
mine. I made an Airbox application on 19 June 2015. A colleague made an
Airbox application on 29 June 2015. I was initially told installation
would be done within 5 days on my premises. I was only informed of
circumstances causing a delay when I contacted you.
However, today my colleague received a team of Emtel technicians for the
Airbox installation while I am still in the waiting list. He lives at
Beau-Bassin. First-come-first-serve does not seem to apply here.
I re-phrase my statement into a question this time:
Does Emtel have a different policy for villages?
How come someone who applied 10 days after me receives an installation
team at his doorstep while Emtel can't properly justify the installation
delay at Providence?
