I sent this email 4days ago to M. Vythilingum. There was no acknowledgement
whatsoever that the matter is being handled at any level. I also sent a
reminder 3 days ago regarding the same issue.

As I told you on the phone, I would like to bring your attention to another
issue :
*Latency on Airbox to South Africa. *
This is one of the main reasons I subscribed to Airbox. Prior to my
application, I asked emtel representatives and I also did a test in an
emtel showroom(jumbo richeterre) as you can see on this link:

I also asked some friends who already had airbox installed to check their
latency to SA. They also reported ~115ms.
However, Since I got my installation, and made the test, the latency to SA
has been between 250ms and 330ms. My other friends who reported low
latencies are now also getting 250ms, which leads me to believe that this
issue is not at my location only, but probably country wide.
*Test Data*
Here is a ping test to a reliable South African gaming server owned by
Valve Corporation.

*Summary *:
SA server used to have a ping of around ~110ms via Airbox some weeks ago,
but this ping has now gone up. I sent proof and test data so that your team
can help fix the issue.
In the hope that this will not take long to resolve, and that you may
channel this to the proper department.
PS: A LOT of gamers in Mauritius were relying on this feature of Airbox so
that they can get rid of MyT, this greatly will help your brand & marketing
possibilities. :)
