Hi Sandeep,

You might be getting the same as problem as me. I reported the problem on
Wednesday night last week and I'm still waiting for them to fix the issue.

For me when I tested on www.speedtest.net, it seems that the downstream
(download) is good but the upstream (upload) is down or very slow. This is
causing slow speed when connecting to websites and fixed phone is not
working either.

They promised me that they are going to call me today.
