Talking about laws, would it be 'cybercriminalité' if someone uses foul language on Facebook? Is it a 'cybercriminalité' if i strongly disagree with someone and if he/she reports the case to the police?

How will people be able to protect their website if they cannot access software that will enable them to identify the vulnerability of their website.

This will affect anyone who is part of a group which discusses about hacking even if they did not participate in the discussion. I think it's unfair and that anyone can be at risk and end up with a fine or prison.
