In my humble opinion, those laws are archaic, and over-reaching. If I
"hack" my own computer, will the police arrest me, If I make this
information available on the internet ?
The rate of "cybercrimes" will increase, as a number of those attacks
originate from outside Mauritius.
I agree with you that education is important. But where are the
competent people ?
Where is the competent Cyber "force" ?
