If someone does it in Mauritius, he/she may publish a paper, for which
you would require to pay a fee to access. Not everyone would share they
find for free.

It would also be interesting to find how Mauritians get a high rate of
Ask.com toolbar in their browser; Java install/update, Symantec install,
or through other sources.
