The gossip I heard is that tropicalmiss.com is doing business on
Facebook. Tour operators and hotels do not have much of a local presence.

The MBC TV channels are currently offered for free by Orange
Mauritius. Is it a zero-rated service?

The question you are asking is whether zero-rating will affect
businesses in Mauritius in future. In my opinion, it will. Should
the Mauritius Internet Users do anything about this? Shelly would
have to decide whether there are people who are willing to put in the
effort into this.
