Thank you for explaining what you proposed. Why not use Facebook as
a place where the community would stand out?

You ignored the attribution issue which I mentioned in my previous email.

The above sounds like open source stuff. You propose creating online
learning web sites. Wouldn't the group be competing with training
companies which sell such services? Why should the team of
developers show schools how to use software? Aren't there people who
are currently paid to do that work? Are you proposing that the team
of developers provide support to the government for free?
