Is this WebCup about spending 24 hours to mess up a $48 (web) template?

I looked at the four entries for this WebCup. I
would expect better even from amateurs.

The Association WebCup (CCIFM, MITIA, OTAM)
forgot to renew their webcup.mu domain name.
