Sadly, Mauritius is part of the 20%.
We are not doing any core android development, nor are we doing -- as
far as I know -- work to improve the Linux networking stack so that it
performs better for our region.
This would have improved the internet in our region, as I believe that
there is a need for large ISPs to improve their infrastructure for
their customers.
