Dear Sir/Madam,
After a presentation done by Dr. Soobron at a workshop[1] by the National
Computer Board on Monday 18 May 2015, I raised an issue pertaining to
logging on the Government portal using a mobile device. I was asked to
report the same by calling some Government "call centre". Sadly, phone
calls are expensive while emails are free.
The situation is that when I enter my login credential it fails and prompts
me to enter the correct captcha[2]. However, there is no captcha challenge
displayed.
On the mobile version homepage[3] there is a link to effect payment online.
When I click on the link it redirects to a non-existant gov.mu url.
The homepage has poor user experience. The page stops at the bottom of my
screen and I cannot scroll further down. Therefore to read more from the
homepage I will need a bigger screen.
I hope this feedback is recorded and that I receive an update on the fix.
Thanking you in anticipation.
