The cost to design gov.mu was Rs 9,818,964 and
the cost of training was Rs 960,000.

I do not view this as being about "they" and
"us". Did anyone provide feedback? Was the
feedback public? Are Mauritians expected to do
the work for free while the experts will be paid
to write a report about that? This reminds of a
discussion during a conference where someone
asked: "what is the solution?" Someone on this
mailing list replied that: "it is not our job to provide free solutions".

Do you expect people to be creative if you tell the people to shut up?

According to the Chairman of the NCB [1]: "la
restants ? Ainsi, Infotech a pour mission de
combler les 60 % et 55 % restants ". And "À vrai

It is not worth going to an event to see the same thing every year.
