Good point. Several people already talked about this since years. It's
an annual joke for some...
The website is developed in ASP Classic, meaning that it has been
developed somewhere around 2002/2003 and never been upgraded to more
modern approaches like ASP.NET.
The most interesting part apart from the outdated design are simple the
circumstances that the content is wrong.
There is no "Ministry of Information and Communication Technology" anymore.
