I have a funny story about the ISC license. A few months ago, The
FreeBSD project imported code from OpenBSD, and in a haste, forgot to
include one of OpenBSD's developers copyright notice for an API. I
noticed the issue :)

This was fixed amicably by the FreeBSD developers :)

(The mini saga is here:
https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=198484).

Legally speaking, FreeBSD was infringing Otto's copyright :). Of
course, OpenBSD developers are gentlemen and dealt with the issue in a
friendly manner :)
