Hi Ish,

I am writing to you as you are a member of the ICT Advisory
Council. I visited http://mtci.govmu.org/ to find some information
about the work of the ICT Advisory Council. I could not find any
minutes of its meetings. Are the minutes of the meetings of the ICT
Advisory Council publicly available?
