In your comment above you asked about rerouting your connection to
the servers. It is unlikely that an Internet Service Provider would
agree to do that. I read the feedback at
https://twitter.com/Azezezaaa/status/592270259551399936 The latency
to sgp-1.valve.net is currently 83 ms:

   PING sgp-1.valve.net (103.28.54.1): 56 data bytes
   64 bytes from 103.28.54.1: icmp_seq=0 ttl=55 time=82.878 ms
   64 bytes from 103.28.54.1: icmp_seq=1 ttl=55 time=82.159 ms
   64 bytes from 103.28.54.1: icmp_seq=2 ttl=56 time=82.333 ms
   64 bytes from 103.28.54.1: icmp_seq=3 ttl=56 time=82.042 ms
   64 bytes from 103.28.54.1: icmp_seq=4 ttl=56 time=84.093 ms
   --- sgp-1.valve.net ping statistics ---
5 packets transmitted, 5 packets received, 0.0% packet loss
   round-trip min/avg/max/std-dev = 82.042/82.701/84.093/0.752 ms

There is only one person complaining about a problem which affects
gaming. The problem might be fixed if there were more people
interested in finding a solution.
