Hi Benoit,

I did a test on a Bharat Telecom connection a few days ago. The
download speed was 1.44 Mbps, the upload speed was around 450 Kbps
(if I recall correctly), and the ping time was 6 ms. A test to the
Mauritius Telecom network showed a download speed of 1.76 Mbps, an
upload speed of 750 Kbps and a ping time of 3 ms.
