I received a phone call from a technician from MT last Saturday. He was
coming to configure my modem to bridge mode. I explained him that I did
not make the request but in fact I forwarded them your request with a
question. He told me that your region is not a zone that he covers but
another colleague will get in touch with you. I am surprised that no one
did it seems.
Also, last Monday someone from the MT Service Operations Centre replied
my email saying that the matter has been escalated and I will be
informed accordingly. I noticed that you were removed in the the reply.
