I found that some key government websites are not configured properly.
It seems that the MS Sharepoint behind these needs some configuration
maintenance.
Testing machine: Chrome 52, Firefox 43, IE 11 on Windows 7
The following urls go 301 ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS ( list might be
incomplete )

May I suggest there should be a unique redirect at least to
*/English/Pages/default.aspx
Also, is the allocated budget for official websites public ?
