According to the ICT Act five members of the Information and
Communication Technologies Board are appointed after consultation
with the ICT Advisory Council. The members of the Board shall "be be
persons from the public and private sectors who are suited to serve
on the Board by virtue of their qualifications, expertise and
experience in information and communication technologies, computer
science, broadcasting and telecommunication law, business and
finance, internet, electronic commerce and related educational and
training services".
What qualifications are required for internet matters? Do members of
the ICT Advisory Council do a Facebook search or a Google search to
find out whether the person has experience and experience in internet matters?
