Dear Mr. Velvindron,
Thank you for your mail.
As a follow up to our correspondences, I regret to inform you that
Static Public IP is not available for Wifi Plus connections.
However, I am pleased to inform you that if you wish to have same,
Emtel have the Internet Leased Port service.
The Internet Leased Port is a managed service whereby a router is
provided by Emtel along with a Public IP. I am also pleased to inform
you that this service has a dedicated bandwidth which is not the case
for Wifi Plus connections.
Should you be interested in Emtel's Internet Leased Port service, my
colleague Stephan Leung in copy of this mail will be pleased to
provide you with more information.
We hope that above information is helpful and we remain at your
disposal for any more other queries and support.
Kind Regards,
Bhosmeeta Ancharuz
