 From your previous email I understood that Afrinic was unable to
provide the statistics as it does not gather any data about
information requests from government agencies. I mentioned that
there are four RIRs currently providing information about government
requests and suggested that Afrinic does that too if it believes that
pervasive monitoring and surveillance is a concern.
