The site blocks ping requests.

I cannot do a test currently. Netflix serves content from AWS. I am
not sure whether netflixisp.s3.amazonaws.com would be a useful test:

   PING s3-1-w.amazonaws.com (54.231.98.120): 56 data bytes
   64 bytes from 54.231.98.120: icmp_seq=0 ttl=39 time=279.691 ms
   64 bytes from 54.231.98.120: icmp_seq=1 ttl=39 time=280.199 ms
   64 bytes from 54.231.98.120: icmp_seq=2 ttl=39 time=278.631 ms
   --- s3-1-w.amazonaws.com ping statistics ---
3 packets transmitted, 3 packets received, 0.0% packet loss
   round-trip min/avg/max/std-dev = 278.631/279.507/280.199/0.653 ms
