I had a lot of urgent things to do lately (Been rarely at home). Sorry
for the late reply. I did copy the ICTA in the e-mails I sent/received
to/from the ISP. However, I did not contact them directly. I shall do so
soon and also refer about the Denial-of-Service attacks.
