I went back to watch the videos (

) of the last startup event. Part 3 might give an idea of what an
investor would consider before setting up a business in
Mauritius. The "technological limitations" comments start at around
13:00 and 19:00 in the video. Some technological limitations are set
by the laws of physics. A person would need to have an adequate
understanding of technology to be able to understand those limitations.
