Can you please disclose your formal training background for transparency's
sake ? We would like to know if you're a subject-matter expert in IPR.

Meanwhile, I am re-sending my message again concerning the copyright issue
raised here.

------------------
Dear Mauritius Internet Users,

We thank you for addressing those concerns transparently to us.

Concerning the logo, the date of publication dates to 1957 (see here:
http://www.pibburns.com/cryptost/dodo.htm).

According to Mauritius Copyright act (Here:
http://www.mauritiustrade.mu/ressources/pdf/Copyright_Act_2014-1.pdf):

Section 15 (5):
For a work of applied art, the economic and moral rights shall be
protected for
25
years from the making of the work.

If you can prove to us that this is not applied art, please do so. Until
then, the economic & moral limits ended in 1979. If you still have
concerns, then, please contact the original copyright author, and cc the
mailing list.

Even if we used a stamp whose term limits have not been reached, We are
still acting within "fair use" i.e

Section 18 1 (c):
is used for the purpose of caricature, parody or pastiche

Concerning your reference to hacklog.mu, we view the information published
there with a lot of skepticism, and rightly so. For example, We believe
that anonymous Internet Users could have their identity compromised as we
have explained here:
