that a person might not be comfortable expressing an opinion about,
for example, the National Internet Filtering System as other persons
in Mauritius might be able to read that opinion. I will not be able
to represent this group on the issue if I cannot show whether the
persons in the group are in favour or against such as system. I am
okay with leaving the entire issue to any other group interested in
discussing the issue with the government agencies or internet service
providers.
