The Consumer Protection Unit uses [1] consumerpu_at_govmu.org as the
email contact for handling complaints. I sent an email to that
address yesterday and it was rejected because of an email delivery
failure. I contacted the Government Online Centre about the email
delivery failure and the reply I received was that: "group email
accounts and designated administrators of these mailboxes are
responsible to maintain such mailboxes".
I would be grateful if the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and
Consumer Protection could resolve the email problem as it discourages
consumers from filing complaints with the Consumer Protection Unit.
