I'll comment about part of your reply.

The price of a LG C50 4G in Reunion Island [1] is Rs 352. The offers
outside Mauritius make a mobile phone more affordable even if the
customer chooses what is trending. For example, the iPhone 6s [2]
would cost Rs 997 on a monthly plan.

I guess that people are not used to comparing the technical
specifications or using product reviews to determine which mobile
phone is better. What is the difference between buying a mobile
phone from a hawker and buying one in a shop?
