I wrote the blog post only when I saw that the ICT Authority, the ICT
Advisory Council and the Ministry of TCI did not budge to release the
annual reports. Should the reports be hiding anything? I hope time will
reveal.

Meanwhile is there any other door that can be knocked to get these reports?
